2017-11-18: Cluster login unavailable *RESOLVED*

We are having some infrastructure outages and it is not currently possible to log in to the clusters.

We're looking into the problem and will update this news item when more information is available.

Mitigations are in place and login nodes seem accessible again. Running jobs should have been mostly unaffected by this incident.
There may be further hickups in the near future as we continue our investigations and apply further fixes.
If you find yourself unable to connect to the clusters, chances are that your IP address has been blocked due to repeated failed connection attempts. Contact support if you believe this to be the case and need assistance.
