What to include in your email
To best help you when you encounter problems running a program/job, please provide the following in your email:

A subject line beginning with the cluster you are working on, then a concise description (e.g. 'Abisko: request for software X version a.b.c' or 'Akka: openmpi compile fails with 'std:bad_alloc')

Your username
-
Output from 'module list' (which modules you have loaded)

Which program you are running and which version
-
If it is something you have installed yourself, please provide the path to it

If it is a program you/your group have written yourself, please provide the path to it

Which parameters are you using for the program?

The name and path to your PBS job submit file, or your SLURM job submit file.

The path to any examples, input data files, other things needed for the job

Expected job output

Actual job output
It is easier to help you if you put ALL the relevant files (submit-files, input files...) for your test case in a directory on the pfs-file system and tell us the path to that directory.
