Power outage, 2025-07-03, 7:00 - 16:00 **resolved**

Power outage

Due to rewiring of the main power connection to the MIT building (the building that, among others, is housing HPC2N), there would be a power outage all day on 2025-07-03, but it should not have affected the Kebnekaise cluster. 

The outage is planned for: 2025-07-03, 7:00 - 16:00. 

UPDATE: 

Some things did not go as expected, which means that Kebnekaise, the web, various infrastructure, etc. lost power and is currently down.

Parts of the infrastructure, as well as the web, is coming up.

The Kebnekaise login node can be accessed again, but the compute nodes are not yet available. Jobs can be queued but will not yet run.

The Kebnekaise compute nodes are up and batch jobs are again running.
