SONC meeting 5-6/12 2013

HPC2N hosted the SONC meeting on 5-6/12 2013. This time it was held at Hotell Forsen in Vindeln.

What is SONC?

SONC is a gathering of system administrators at HPC centers belonging to SNIC. Twice a year there are SONC meetings, where the participants can meet and get to know each other in RL, as well as exchange experiences.
The responsibility to arrange the SONC meetings are rotated between the six HPC centers in Sweden.

Location: Hotell Forsen in Vindeln.

Participants: 21 in total. 7 from HPC2N, 4 from NSC, 4 from PDC, 2 from C3SE, 3 from Lunarc, and 1 from UPPMAX.

• Brief talk about NeIC, WLCG and NDGF
• SONC 10 year anniversary dinner
• News from Supercomputing (NSC, C3SE)
• Talk of certificates and Kerberos
