SNIC AE meeting in Umeå on October 16-17, 2018

It is time again for the application expert community to join together and share useful knowledge, interesting news, and good food in a lunch to lunch meeting. This time, HPC2N will host the event. As usual, the meeting will be lunch to lunch.

• 19.00               Dinner (Tapas Bar Deli)

Wednesday

• 8.30-9.30         Training - Code Refinery, trainees, etc.
• 9.30-10.00       Conda repository
• 10.00-12.00     Knowledge transfer - Software installations (eg EasyBuild, Containers)
• 12.00               Lunch               

Lunch and coffee/tea will be provided. As well, there will be a dinner together Tuesday evening at Tapas Deli Bar, starting at 19:00.

Time: Starting 13:00 with lunch together
Location: Folkets Hus, central Umeå

Where to stay: Any of the downtown hotels are within walking distance. Several of the closest are shown on the above map.
